I want to stress how important video analysis is with a qualified instructor that knows what to look for.  Much like my friend, Dick Mills (another former Red Sox pitcher), realizing the hard to detect parts of the pitching delivery that can injure your arm and prevent a pitcher from reaching his maximum potential is the goal in video analysis. I use this frequently and help my customers learn how to identify these crucial parts in one's mechanics.
